As President of Baray Global Management, I want to forge a vision that goes beyond the process of transforming a primarily agrarian and manual labor-based economy into one dominated by industry, skilled labor and machine-driven manufacturing.

We are committed to building a deep interconnected correlation between local producer and international producer/investor through shared industrial economic system, machine-driven technology, high-skill vocational training and an open border trade policy.

We start from the root of the industrial formation where the local small and medium enterprises reside. SMEs face tremendous challenges from resource allocation to technology availability, so survivability became a burden where instead of scaling SMEs are trying to find a way to stay afloat.

Once we figure out the formula to grow and sustain local SMEs, we can then connect our homegrown industries to international partner who is looking to find a safe and stable environment to expand/invest. From local to international, we pay the same attention to sustainability and how far we can extend our reach.

We ran into a lot of roadblocks, not by choice, but by necessity. We have our team, we have our drive, we have our vision for the future. The road ahead is difficult, but it is not impossible. We are determined to succeed and to build a revolutionary industrial movement for the new generation.
